Bought this from finejewlers themselves. The sapphire feel out after like the 3rd or 4th time wearing it. I don’t know if this has happened to anyone but from what I have seen I may the only one (or maybe there are a few). My girlfriend loved the pendant so that’s what matter to me the most. Also the price wasn’t too expensive in my opinion. Overall 3 stars, hopefully they repair it or fix it.Would have been 5 but the sapphire fell out…

My wife loved it, but i thought that the little hart was bigger, but it’s ok.Very Cute!!!
The Gem Stone I received looks nothing like the picture,the heart is smaller, alot darker and the cuts do not show off it’s beauty. The diamond is so small you have to use a magnifying glass to see it, or you wouldn’t even know it was there. I guess I got what i paid for, as the original price of the necklace was $400. After the discount, I got it for $139. When i added to cart I noticed extra items on my order. If you are not careful to remove them you will be charged for them. In fact I ended up with two necklaces, and had to return one. Because of the promotional discount, I didn’t catch it at checkout. However I was impressed with how fast the item was shipped, especially since it was close to xmas. In fact i got it within 2 days of ordering it.
