the pictures are larger to enable you to see the details, you should know that when it says 1/10th of a carat it is not very big. Always read the size of the carat, unless its 1/2 carat you should know it is too small for an average womens neck, i.e. too small, and certainly the price will tell you, read all information Amazon has provided,read the carat size
