I actually bought these earrings for myself. I noticed a number of women complaining about the “oddly shaped” post that goes through the ear causing them discomfort. I didn’t have any problems, however, I’ve had large gage earrings in my ears before. For a guy, they are slightly bigger than I would normally like. But, fortunately, because of my style and look, I’m able to wear them well. I’ve bought other gold earrings for this same price that weigh “half” the grams these do, so I’m not sure why people are saying they expected them to be heavier and less expensive. The size of these earrings are exactly that of the size of a nickel. So if your a guy and your not sure, put a nickel up to your ear to get an idea of how big it is. Well worth the price. I paid a good price for a good quality earring and gram weight. You won’t be dissapointed!A decent pair of earrings…
I love these earrings! As others have posted they are about the size of a nickel and with them being a little thicker (3mm) I find that they are a perfect size. Although they are a thicker hoop they are so light that I do not even know I am wearing them most of the time. I did not have any issues like some others have had with the thicker posts inserting and wearing them during the day. I did however have a bit of a hard time sleeping with them on. I was beginning to think that I would need to take them out before going to sleep however after about 3 sleeps I now have no issues with them at all and leave them in all the time. They appear to be really high quality earrings that are built to last. Shipping was extremely fast and I am very happy with them. Hope this review helps.Great Earrings!
